Glasgow Instances / Incidents: 01 Jan – 31 Dec 2022 (NHS Glasgow)

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) were asked to list all instances of prayer vigils held by pro-life groups near hospitals or clinics in Glasgow between 01 January and 31 December 2022

In their response NHSGGC said:

We are aware that vigils take place outside some hospitals within the NHSGGC area, but we are not routinely notified of these, nor do we monitor them. Such vigils would take place on the public highway and not on NHSGGC grounds or premises. There is no requirement to seek our permission to hold a vigil and we do not routinely record when they take place

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde also search for incidents in this time period and reported:

A key word search on the ‘Description’ field has not returned any incidents relating to prayer vigils.
